This application is for business leaders who want to become more like Jesus in the way they lead. Through a private, ongoing relationship, I help leaders grow in faith, wisdom, character, courage, and obedience, then apply that growth to the real decisions, responsibilities, and pressures of leading a business.

The aim is not simply to build a better business. It is to become a more faithful leader who glorifies Jesus in and through the business God has entrusted to them. As an active CEO, I work with a limited number of leaders at a time. This is a private, paid relationship.
