Sound familiar?
Everything still runs through you.
Revenue is up. Cash isn’t.
Your team waits for your decisions.
Faith on Sunday. Business on Monday.
There’s a better way to lead.
The framework
State why your business exists in seven words or less.
Reason up from what is true, not down from what you inherited.
Cash flow discipline that keeps you alive and dangerous.
In a market flooded with generated content, your human brand is the moat.
Speed plus direction. Set the target, move monthly, score it honestly.
Give before your people have to ask.
Build it so it can run without you.
From the book Biblical Business

In their words
Business owners applying the 7 Laws in their own companies, in their own words. From the book Biblical Business.
I realized that making good money wasn’t enough anymore. I made difficult decisions that ultimately meant walking away from nearly half our revenue. Stewardship isn’t about waiting until we have more. It’s about being faithful with what He’s already put in our hands.
It has given us a fresh set of eyes to do things the right way. Everything is under review to make this a Biblical business, from the prices we charge, to the food we will be serving, to the building itself.
We had no idea where our cash was going! We were making money, but were not profitable. We went from being cash flow negative to, six months later, being cash flow positive.
Now: clear objectives, clear value and mission, clear communication, higher referral rates and client lifetime value, lower churn.
We hit our operations goal by June 30th and our growth goal by Sept 30th. The energy on the team has shifted, accountability exists, and the team has fully bought into each goal. Sticking to it early, when it was awkward and uncomfortable, has been the key.
When I focused on the purpose instead of the profit, I realized that the people were the point. The amount of growth I see individually from the team just because I trusted them is something I didn’t realize could happen. Our metrics across the board have grown. We are above the industry standard in almost every point of sale and retention.
I used to think stewardship meant carrying the responsibility of the business myself and making sure I had my hands on everything. One meaningful moment for me was recently being able to step away for a family vacation and see the team continue taking care of our customers and moving the business forward without everything having to run through me.
