FOLLOWER OF JESUS. HUSBAND. FATHER.
PRESIDENT & CEO.

Adam Weisner is an entrepreneur, investor, executive coach, author, and business leader dedicated to helping founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs build businesses that endure without sacrificing their faith, family, or purpose.

Over the past two decades, Adam has led and scaled organizations across banking, manufacturing, investing, and financial technology. His career has been shaped by a conviction that leadership is stewardship, that business can be a force for good, and that long-term success is built on principles that do not change.

He currently serves as President and CEO of Sherman Research, an investment research and education company focused on helping consumers, investors, and financial advisors make wiser decisions through independent research, education, and long-term thinking.

Previously, Adam served as President and CEO of Sherman Portfolios, where he led the firm’s growth from startup scale to more than $1.5 billion in assets, becoming the fastest-growing TAMP (Turnkey Asset Management Platform) in America. Following that growth, Sherman Portfolios was rebranded as True Freedom Investing, while Sherman Research was launched as a separate company focused on delivering institutional-quality investment research and education to retail investors while continuing to serve financial advisors.

One of the defining characteristics of Adam’s leadership is his commitment to Purpose Beyond Profit. Under his leadership, Sherman Research operates under a unique model in which 51% of distributable profits are dedicated to advancing the Gospel through churches, ministries, missionaries, nonprofits, and Kingdom-focused initiatives around the world. Adam believes business can be one of the most powerful tools for stewardship, generosity, and Kingdom impact when led with biblical conviction.

Before entering the wealth management industry, Adam served as President of SuperSprings International, where he helped triple revenue and quadruple net profits while expanding the company’s partnerships with brands including Winnebago, Thor Industries, John Deere, BASF, and others.

Earlier in his career, he rose to Managing Director in banking and helped launch a national hybrid bank that opened 22 financial centers and two call centers while generating more than $1 billion in deposits during its first month.

Today, Adam is also the founder of UnbreakableOS, founder of Kingdom Mindset Investing, and author of the forthcoming book The Dispensable CEO. Through his writing, speaking, executive coaching, podcast appearances, and digital content, he equips leaders to build resilient organizations, develop healthy cultures, steward capital wisely, and lead with conviction in a rapidly changing world.

At the center of Adam’s work is a concept he calls Asymmetric Endurance - the belief that healthy organizations become less dependent on a single leader as they grow. Rather than building businesses that create more complexity, stress, and dependence, Adam teaches leaders how to build systems, cultures, and teams that create freedom, sustainability, and long-term impact.

Adam believes leadership is ultimately an act of stewardship. The greatest businesses are built by leaders who understand that what they have been given is not truly theirs, but entrusted to them for a season and a purpose.

Adam and his wife, Jen, live in North Idaho with their three children. Together they are building a family culture grounded in faith, curiosity, generosity, service, and lifelong learning.
