An operator, not a theorist: before Sherman, Adam rose from COO to president of an eight-figure manufacturer, more than doubling revenue and tripling profit, and before that served as a managing director at MUFG Union Bank. Starting from zero in August 2025, he built an audience of more than 330,000 followers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
