About Adam
Adam Weisner grew up in Southern California, the son of a single mom and serial entrepreneur who kept three kids afloat through some lean years. His first job came in elementary school, cleaning offices and churches for her business. More than anything, she raised him to believe he could do anything.
Adam spent most of his early life as an atheist. What finally broke that open was infinity, an idea he couldn’t fit inside space and time. It pointed him to God.
Adam was eighteen and Jen was seventeen when they met at a house party. He wrote his name, phone number, and pager number on a dentist’s appointment card, added hers, and tore it down the middle. That was in December of 2000. They’ve been together ever since, and the card hangs framed in their home.
Adam became a managing director at MUFG Union Bank, part of one of the largest banking groups in the world, where he helped build PurePoint Financial, a national digital bank that brought in $4 billion in deposits in its first year. Then he ran an eight-figure manufacturer as COO, then president. Revenue more than doubled and profits tripled.
Adam calls C12, a peer group of Christian CEOs and business owners, the catalyst God used to pull him out of tactics alone and into learning what it means to lead a business as a ministry. In his words, “My whole life changed because of C12.”
Today Adam is CEO of Sherman Research, where his team built what became the fastest-growing TAMP in the country, and the company gives away 51 percent of its net income to advance the Gospel. He and his wife, Jen, founded Kingdom Mindset Investing, the company behind Biblical Business and Unbreakable OS, and he co-hosts the Biblical Business Podcast.
They live in North Idaho, where they homeschool their three kids. Two dogs round out the family: Ruby, a chocolate Lab, and Rain, a Labradoodle–Golden Retriever mix. They love the water, hiking, travel, great food, card games, and jazz playing at dinner.
